It calls the agents, waits days for an approval if it has to, retries a failed step and survives a restart without losing its place. We build these on Temporal.

What is true, and where it came from
Your entities, relationships and rules, each fact tied to its source. Agents answer from the graph, so an answer can be traced and checked.

- Annuity and life applications come back for a missing signature, answers that do not match, or incomplete transfer paperwork. Each one costs days and a call to the producer.

- Checks that run before submission. An agent reads the application the way a case manager would, flags what will bounce, and tells the producer what to fix. The case desk sees only what needs judgment.

- Case managers assemble the suitability form, the replacement comparison and the supporting documents by hand. The carrier sends back whatever does not match.

- The packet assembled and cross-checked before it goes. Your case manager approves it. What was sent, when, and by whom is recorded as the work happens.

- Statements arrive from every carrier in a different format. Someone matches them to policies in a spreadsheet each month and chases what is missing.
- What we build
- An agent reads each statement, matches it to the book of business and posts what agrees. A person handles the exceptions. Short and missing payments are flagged, not discovered later.

Founder and CEO
Joe Lee
Joe has spent his career leading product, design and technology teams inside complex, regulated organizations.
That work taught him where most transformation fails: in the unglamorous middle. Nobody mapped how the work really runs. The new system never met the old ones. No one measured what changed.
He founded Arvoni to close that gap, and to do the part most firms skip: staying until the system works and people actually use it.

Caitlyn keeps engagements organized and clients informed, and leads Arvoni's marketing. Her background includes analyst work at a technology and energy consultancy, a Deloitte apprenticeship, and coordinating annual leadership conferences for more than 300 students.
Jett Lee
Associate, AI Agents
Jett builds and tests AI agents and the workflows around them. He joined Arvoni after graduating from George Mason University, where he competed as a Division I swimmer.
